At The Garden Esthetics, all retail products are dropshipped directly from our brand partners and distributors. Products are not shipped from our physical studio location.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.

Our warehouse partners operate Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed later in the week (Thursday or Friday) may ship the following Monday.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders ship within the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

$8 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, The Garden Esthetics is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or shipping errors caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Garden Esthetics, your skin health and satisfaction are our top priority. Due to the nature of professional skincare products, please review our return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition to qualify.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If requested, we can provide a return shipping label; the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
🚫 Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, unless related to a documented skin reaction (see below).
Skin Reactions & Sensitivities
Because skin sensitivities and allergies can occur at any time, even with products previously tolerated, we strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

While reactions are not guaranteed grounds for a refund, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
